In general, articles will fall in to one of four different categories:

  • The Future is Now. These articles will cover why CRM is rising in importance and major trends happening in business today that impact the longevity and profitability of your organization.
  • The Foundation of the Future. These articles are dedicated to explaining what CRM is and how it allows smart business owners and departmental heads to out-maneuver, out-sell and out-last the competition.
  • Building the Foundation. Articles in this category will cover proven, successful strategies in implementing CRM to help you get the most from your CRM investment and to better position your organization to build upon initial efforts.
  • CRM Resources. Articles in this category will introduce other materials – books, websites, magazine articles, you name it – to help you on your journey with understanding and effectively implementing CRM.
